Oxford Instruments, which acquired Omicron NanoTechnology in 2011, has now merged its NanoScience business unit with Omicron Technology to create a new company: Oxford Instruments Omicron NanoScience. The new business will make use of two highly skilled and experienced teams, offering customers enhanced opportunities for collaboration, enabling technologies and innovative new products.
