My company is seeking a consultant who is knowledgeable in LNG. It is a project located overseas, and involves a refinery and heat exchangers. Can anyone provide me with a reference?

I would suggest you look at past Advances in Cryogenic Engineering for authors in the field. There are more specialized magazines/newsletters in the LNG field, but I don’t recall any specific names.
