Can you tell me if it is possible to eliminate the negative affects of grinder burn on gear teeth with the use of cryogenics?

To my knowledge, there has been no study on cryogenic treatment to reverse the effect of grinder burn in gear teeth. There is no mechanism involved in the cryogenic treatment phenomenon that would suggest that cryogenic treatment could reverse the condition of grinder burn; so, I would feel that cryogenic treatment (after the grinder burn has occurred) would have no effect.
