June 3, 2011Marco seals company of Andover , Mass, USA. They have a series f seals FEP energized “O” rings down to about -60 ͦC for most hollow or Viton filled elastomers. But these listed below are rated down to hydrogen and helium so there are many manufacturers in the field. M-cor is another that makes Teflon and Viton encapsulated “O” rings down to -60 ͦC ( -74 F).
