CSA recently announced the results of the 2012 Board of Technical Directors election. The results were certified at CSA’s board meeting at the Applied Superconductivity Conference in Portland OR.
In a close election, the following were chosen for the CSA Board of Technical Directors for the coming year:
President-Elect: James Fesmire, Cryogenics Test Lab, Kennedy Space Center
Directors:
Kathleen Amm, GE Global Research;
Terry Grimm, Niowave;
Peter Shirron, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; and
Joe Snyder, Scientific Instruments.
All take office on January 1, 2013.
Stepping down from the board are Fabio Casagrande, Michael Coffey, John Pfotenhauer and Louis Salerno. We are grateful for their service to the society and hope they will continue their interest in CSA.
