The European Superconductivity News Forum (ESNF) has announced that Special Issue No. 23, dedicated to ASC’12, is now available. Download the issue at http://www.ewh.ieee.org/tc/csc/europe/newsforum/. Issue No. 23 complements Issue No.22 and contains:
- Five annotated presentations of invited talks, four of them not recorded as papers.
- Two contributed materials preprints (2MPQ-04 and 3MA-08) that were winners of the ESNF contest for best manuscripts and qualified for publication in Issue No. 22. Unfortunately, their reviews weren’t received in time.
- Several contributed preprints that were not among contest winners, but were rated “good” by our reviewers and thus qualified for pre-publication.
