It is with great regret that we report the sudden death of Donna Jung, President of International Cryogenics, a leader in the cryogenic community, a longtime CSA Corporate Sustaining Member, and a stalwart supporter of the Society.
Jung, 52, was one of the second generation company leaders who make up the “Cryomafia.” She facilitated meetings of the Cryomafia and played a key role in keeping the group together.
From Laurie Huget, CSA Executive Director: “No words can express our sense of loss at the untimely and tragic death of Donna Jung. She was an outstanding businesswoman, a strong but caring person, loyal to her colleagues, friends and family and valued by her customers and suppliers internationally.”
Read a feature story from the Cold Facts Spring 2009 issue that outlines International Cryogenics and Donna’s role in the company.
We welcome your comments and memories of Donna, as well as any photos you may have, for inclusion in tributes to be published in Cold Facts and on our website. Send them to editor@cryogenicsociety.org.
