From Paul Fabian, Composite Technology Development, Inc., paul@ctd-materials.com:

Composite technology Development (CTD) is a leader in the development of cryogenic electrical and thermal insulation and I believe that we have a product that may be able to perform the sealing function that you are looking for.

The CTD product is called CTD-620T and was developed for NASA for use in insulating their liquid hydrogen vent lines at Stennis Space Center. However, it is also an excellent cryogenic adhesive and has been used by many within the aerospace industry as a cryogenic sealant.

CTD-620T is a two-part filled epoxy system that has a putty-like consistency once mixed. Under room temperature conditions, the material will cure with 1-2 hours, depending upon the quantity used. The material is also available in an unfilled condition and is called CTD-620N.

If I can answer any questions for you or provide you additional information, please feel free to contact me.
