Gladstone Investment Corp., Acme Cryogenics’ Senior Management Team, and Brant Point Partners bought controlling interest in Acme Cryogenics, Inc. from founder Roderic Fink. Along with this new acquisition, Frank Hartzell has been promoted to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Acme Cryogenics, Inc. and effective December 2006, Michael Brown has joined Acme as Director of Sales and Marketing.
