Any suggestions for a company producing "secured" heat exchangers?

I am looking for a company producing “secured” heat exchangers to work at a minimum temperature of -45 C on a cooling system for electronics. Required cooling powers vary between 52 kW and 7 kW, and the fluids involved are C6F14 and a brine called “Tyfoxit F50”, which is slightly corrosive with metals other than stainless steel or copper. To avoid any corrosion or decontamination process in the electronics circuits, any possible failure of the heat exchanger shall not allow the two fluids to mix (which happened with one of the welded plate heat exchanger we have now installed). I have thought about adopting a double plate geometry, but until now I have not found any producer which can guarantee his joints at T<-20 C, nor any welded or brazed solution with this geometry. Do you have any suggestions?

You might want to consider a diffusion bonded exchanger for this critical application. They have no internal welds and only parent material (stainless and other alloys) is used to form the bonds. They are suitable for cryogenics, high integrity and high T/P applications. These PCHE-type exchangers have a high surface area/volume ratio. There are several manufacturers you will see if you Google “diffusion bonded exchanger.”
